What is Fight Club?

Most men are isolated, distracted, and carrying weight they won’t admit to anyone, including themselves.

Dad’s Fight Club is where I figure out what it actually means to be a man, a dad, a person worth becoming. In real time. In public. Spoiler alert: I have no clue how to do this correctly.

Like most good things, Dad’s Fight Club was born out of pain and the realization that we’re not supposed to do this alone.

The first rule is “don’t talk about fight club” so if you want to know what this is about, hit subscribe.

What you get:

  • Essays on fatherhood, faith, business, and becoming someone your kids can respect - and someone that can respect themselves

  • Stories where I fail, learn something, or discover I’ve been doing it wrong for years

  • Writing that doesn’t waste your time or mine

  • A community of men parents who are done pretending they have it figured out

No crap. No performance. Just the work.

Hi,

My name is Chance Sweat.

Child of God.

Husband to Taylor.

Dad to two boys who remind me daily that control is an illusion.

I help people buy and sell businesses.

I coach small business owners.

I write about faith, fatherhood, failure, and what it takes to build a life that doesn’t require becoming someone you don’t want to be.

Still learning. Always will be.

Thank you for reading!
